The IPPS is a network of professionals committed to a biopsychosocial and interdisciplinary approach to the treatment of conditions associated with chronic pelvic pain (CPP) which negatively affects millions of people across the gender identity spectrum. CPP can impact a person’s physical, emotional, social and material well-being. It is the mission of IPPS to promote education about interdisciplinary approaches to the evaluation and treatment of CPP, support individuals living with this by improving access to care, and supporting physical and emotional well-being, and raising awareness through education, outreach and engagement and ultimately improving the lives of patients worldwide.
