Attendee Video Chat Instructions
Some exhibitors have Video Chat capabilities as part of their Virtual Exhibit Booth allowing you to ask questions or request more information in real time.
As of September 8, the following exhibitors have signed up to participate in Video Chat:

You can access Exhibitor Video Chat as follows:
1. Login to the PAINWeek Live Virtual Conference site with your registration credentials.
2. Click on Exhibits and look for a company with the video chat icon.
3. On the Exhibitor’s Virtual Booth page click on video chat.
Hover over the booth representatives’ name to view their available chat times. All times are US Eastern (EDT) unless otherwise noted.
4. When launching the Video Chat, you will see this screen:
Note: If a Video Chat Room is full, you will not be able to enter. In this case, try another Video Chat Representative, or try again later.

Q: Do I need to download any special software to participate in video chats?
A: No, you will just need a web browser that is connected to the internet.
Q: Will I be on screen during a video chat?
A: Yes, you and the rep will be on screen; however, you may choose to turn off your camera if you wish.
Q: What happens if the chats were full or I was not able to fit it into my schedule?
A: You can still contact representatives by clicking on Contact Info and sending them a message.
